I ate here for the first time last week with a friend of mine. The grilled ham and cheese on marble rye was absolutely delicious! High-quality ingredients at a very reasonable price.

I have had the pleasure of eating at this cafe many times. It is a great little place with an amazing breakfast menu and homemade deserts. The waitstaff is always polite, helpful, and attentive. I look forward to getting to the cafe every week. Even on Sundays when they are at their busiest, the waitstaff treats me like a king. I am greatful for a great cafe in the tri cities area and will always remain a loyal customer. Thank you cafe at queensgate!!

I walk in to this very sweet charming cafe and the young lady was very polite and sweet. The waiter was the nice young man I thought and there was only two tables of people when I got there. It was Sunday I wanted a paper and coffee and to look at the menu and within seconds the young man came back and I ask him to give me a few minutes that I haven't been there before and needed time to look at the menu. I had to tell him 3 times. Finely and I told him bacon sausage eggs and hash browns toast and he look at me as if he had something to say abt how much I ordered well my problem was I couldn't make up my mind if I wanted bacon or sausage. Then he was bringing my breakfast and I was reading the newspaper as I was putting it to the side, He placed my plate to the right of me as if someone was sitting there and left it there! I watched him walk away and I couldn't believe him that was rude as if I didn't move fast enough. I asked for refill of coffee and my coffee cup was empty I guess he thought that was plenty.When I placed my plate back to where he served it to me and waited over 6 min. I finely got his attention ask him to replace my eggs with over medium eggs as I was sure the cook didn't know how to cook sunny-side up with out the scorch. So then I received my Plate the hash browns was great and toast was thick tasted homemade the bacon was thick and very tasty the sausage was thin and tasteless and eggs lightly scorched like I said the cook was not that great. The young man didn't stop back only to leave me my ticket and I felt so unwelcome. So I won't be back and that is ashamed that was a cute little place just some rude people.
