        When should I give up trying to schedule? Been on hold for 3 hours now. Tried calling yesterday too and got no one to pick up. Is there even anyone at the phones here?

        I was really upset at this young girl Tec who immediately turn my husband & told him not to talk, stay quiet. He is my legal caregiver & he knows what I have & can understand all the things that I have wrong with me. He's a Micro Biologist. So he knows what they the tec is asking me. I don't understand any of it. & don't remember things. So I have him talk for me. The tec was rude told him as she was ripping the tunica off & told him to get out. Or she woulld discontinued this procedure immediately. She wasn't very pleasing or cordial to him. I think should be reprimanded for this situation. My husband politically got up to leave, asking her name politically, witch she refused to provide. My father-in-law, who was a founding father Ophthalmologists surgeon & donor, would have been SHOCKED at the poor bedside manner displayed nowadays. Shari
