My husband and I were absolutely thrilled with the quality of work that built construction gave. Ryan was always very good about keeping in contact and letting us know what was going on at all times. I have worked with this contractor on two previous projects and like their professional approach and attention to detail. I asked Built Construction to provide a bid for a comprehensive remodel job (about 30% of the house value) that included a major upgrade to the facade. They provided the bid within 2 weeks of the initial walk-through which included my detailed Scope of Work. I appreciated the questions to provide clarification and suggestions which would help enhance my original ideas. While I did not award the job to them due to their bid being higher than the lowest technically acceptable price, I have complete confidence this company would have performed with excellence as they have in the past. I recommend them.
Be SURE to provide a clearly define scope of work for them to perform well. If you are unsure as to the details of your work, they will help with sound suggestions. THEN, put those into your final SOW so that the uncertainties are minimized. THAT is the method you use to make sure your project completion meets or exceeds your expectations.
