    The doctor is fine however the front receptionist has routinely been unhelpful. The first time I came in they took my insurance card and scanned it but didnt enter it in the system so my insurance was not charged for the appointment and I had to pay more since by the time I got the bill it was past the date to file with my insurance. Ive had to call 3 separate times to request a mediation prescription/refill, and now only 2/3 of the medications I need have a prescription. I provided them with a pharmacy to send the medication to, but that was not followed and it was sent to a pharmacy further away from me. I cant have the medication refilled at my local pharmacy because Im out of refills but none of the pharmacies answer the phone to get it transferred over. Ive been in remission for a year but now Ive been out of my mediation for almost a month because of this.

    My wife was a patient of this clinic for many years, and after relocating out of state was told by the clinic they could maintain patient care via telehealth appointments. After having several appointments, she had another one scheduled and less than two hours from her appointment they canceled it and told her they would no longer be able to see her due to policy changes. Because until now this was.not an issue, my wife did not pursue local options since she liked the actual doctor. Now she is left without care, or medication, and must get on a wait list for a local option. Had they been honest up front, we could have made arrangements, but they clearly wanted the billing hours, which they have happily continued billing for even though they did nothing. Too bad zero stars arent an option.
