I really dont understand the low reviews. I have nothing but the highest praise for the professionals I have seen here (I mean they are like my soul mate prescribing doctor and therapist) and the exact same amazing praise for all the front desk and scheduling staff. I have been coming here for years. Thank you, keep up the good work.

Called to ask a couple questions and see about getting care here and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional, speaking to me like Im incompetent. I will never come here or recommend. Its no surprise as the valley medical center has really just been going downhill these past few years.

Dr. Opara has been a fantastic support for me. She is the best listener I've ever met in my life. She worked tirelessly and incorporated all my feedback until we found something that worked for me and minimized side effects, and when I went through an extremely trying time in my life, she accommodated me to help me through it. She is a deeply caring, deeply knowledgeable doctor who is fantastic at her craft. She has always been responsive and timely and offers insight and advice that is extremely helpful and actionable. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Rejoice Opara.
