Could not recommend them any less. Ordered supplies that came several months late. I didnt receive the bill for over a year, at which point insurance refused to cover it because it had been over 12 months. This led to me having to pay out of pocket marked up price in full because their billing department is too incompetent or scammy to do it on time through insurance. The supplies can be acquired much cheaper, faster, and easier through other websites than this scam of an operation. I would give 0 stars if possible.

1. Individual staff is OK, the company and management is terrible. 2. This company accepted the order, but failed to deliver. It affected the insurance coverage for few hundred dollars. They will not care, nor find a way to fix the problem they created. 3. I requested the manager to give me a call back. All I got was the voice mail, and of course never called back. Stay away with this company. This company does not deserve even one star.

Individual people seem to be nice, but getting things done seems forever. Called them 4 times and their return call seems to take more than a week if you ever get a call back, specially if you have a problem with the device. I guess they have made their money selling device and there is no financial incentive to fix the issue, which is a cost. I wouldn't do business with them if I had a choice.

They lost my cpap machine I sent in for repair, called twice, but after talking to them, they said they would call back but never did.

Local office is fine, Mail order is dishonest I ordered supplies in March of 2021. They were never received. When I contacted them, they provided a USPS tracing number, which indicated the shipment was lost. I contacted NW again and had to remind them that I am not responsible for the shipment until I actually receive it. They needed to track it down. In the meantime, I couldnt order additional supplies because they had already charged my insurance. Bottom line, the shipment was never received but they kept billing me every month. Every month, I returned the bill with the above explanation. I left messages on their app. I called. I have ordered supplies since then without issue. Finally, after almost a year, the statements no longer reflected the charge. Why?? Because they sent it to COLLECTIONS!! I only use NW because they were recommended by my sleep specialist. I am definitely looking around for another supplier.
