I had an incredible experience working with Terrance at Brotherton. We ended up doing the purchase of the vehicle via phone and text. Terrance was a great listener, asked great questions, provided timely and excellent information, and was highly responsive via phone, text, and email. When it was time to sign paperwork, he was extremely accommodating, and met me in a coffee shop to finalize all of the paperwork.
