        Only go here if you want to be treated like garbage or you want to die. That's all they do there. Forget it if you have a chronic condition that the only treatment is pain meds and fluids. They just send you home. Dr. Brock is the worst one too. Cold and impersonal and absolute rubbish at treating people. The clinics upstairs are wonderful though! Especially Neurology!

        My husband had to go to the Willamette Valley ER during the worst of our recent ice storm. From the quick ambulance arrival, help of the EMTs, to the kind doctors and nurses who attended him (and kept me updated by phone) I was so impressed and am so grateful. THANK YOU ALL!!

        There's nothing emergency about this emergency room. They leave you sitting in pain in the waiting room. Don't go here!! Go to Dallas or anywhere else

        Came into the ER at 3am. Nurses were nice, doctor saw us in a timely manner. Had a pretty good diagnosis. Had surgery in the morning and was out by the afternoon. Everyone we interacted with was nice. Would come back if needed to, but hopefully dont need to! Thank you for the great care.
