RBO Mobile Auto Detailing

Worst communication I've received in a long time. So shocking, as his reviews are great.My job takes me out of town more than I'm at home, so finding an available day and committing to it is very important to me.We'd set an appointment time weeks prior to our date, but it was like pulling teeth to get him to confirm in the days leading up to my appointment. He finally did confirm the day before, but his response just seemed cold, awkward and odd.Sure enough, my appointment was at 9am the following day. At 9:20, I called to see if he was on his way. He told me he'd just gotten in a car accident on his way to my house and was still at the scene, waiting for the police - yet the background on his end was dead silent, as if he were at home and had just woken up.My son is a police officer in the area, and there were zero reports of an accident in the area he told me he was in, at the time he told me the accident happened.I absolutely HATE being lied to. If he'd told me "Omg - I'm so sorry, I overslept", I'd have accepted it, but to be lied to is something I can't get over. I went on to use someone else who was amazing.I'll never contact RBO again.

Needed to have car detailed on short notice, he came and delivered what was needed, he missed cleaning the front window but overall service was great!

Amazing work for the price, they were quick and made my truck really clean and tidy. It shines like new so super happy with them. We finalized a schedule and kept me updated on their arrival since they were a few late. Will use them again for sure.

I just recently moved from Louisiana to the Seattle area, so I had to find a new detailer locally. RBO was the quickest to respond when asking pricing/scheduling and any other random questions I had. So because I'd that I decided to go with him. He just came out and I'll tell you he is extremely detail oriented and professional. He used the best chemicals on the market ( IMO ) and has all the correct tools to get the job done. Do yourself a favor and pick RBO for your next detail job, I know I will again! Che
