        Terrible customer service and policy. Called them out for diagnostics on my stove and was told it was a valve that needed to be replaced. Replaced the part and the problem was not fixed. Called them back and they said they would need to charge another diagnostic fee for someone else to come out and diagnosis the issue. This place is a rip off as they will come out and provide as many incorrect diagnosis as they want and keep charging each time to come out. Don't get ripped off by these folks. BEWARE!!! I was told by the technician that the warranty would not should the part be ordered indirectly not the entire diagnosis. The part was ordered from the manufacturer directly and now you guys are not taking any responsibility that the diagnosis is incorrect.
