        I answered all the questions the owner asked, and he said, go get another tester. It's interesting to see that business doesn't want business. Or he thinks testing charged too little, which he doesn't care. :(

        Our sprinkler system received an audit requesting a backflow test. Didn't know what this entailed. Redwood Backflow received great reviews on Angie's List. Jack (the owner) responded to my inquiry within a few minutes. He explained the reason for the audit. He explained the test and gave a bid. He arrived promptly at the appointed time. Explained again the process. The test took less than 15 min. Jack forwarded the test results to our PUD and me. I highly recommend Redwood Backflow. Jack is honest, ethical and professional.
