SUREDRY Water Damage

WE had a water damage in our crawl space in our new home, we called our insurance and they refer us to SureDry. They were fast to come to our home and took care of us in a heart beat. They were so amazing all their employees were amazing hard working and they performed a excellent job after all the damage that I had in the crawlspace due to heat water all over the insulation. I hope I don't go through this situation again, but if I did I would call them again. They explain to us the procedure they were going to perform so we could have a better understanding. This was my first experience with water damage and a home insurance claim. SureDry was the company recommended by my insurance and the process was so much better than I expected! TL;DR; SureDry, Nick & Tony are amazing, professional, and meticulous. This is a great company, with great people, and exceptional customer service, using state of the art mold remediation technology & practices. My family and I are all, quite literally, breathing easier after their service. Nick & Tony did an amazing job removing “some of the worst attic mold damage” they had seen. There was evidence of several leaks in the roof over several years. After their service there was very only some slight staining in isolated areas of the attic. Preparation: Nick walked me through the process and equipment used before they began work. He explained they were mitigating the risks of mold propagation, how they would protect the home (both living & attic spaces) and what they were doing to prevent mold in the future. The attic entries were isolated from the rest of the house and the floors were covered to protect them against the equipment used. Extraction: During the extraction process there were several unexpected issues that cropped up due to previous owners’ negligence. These issues were brought to my attention with solutions proposed. They were able in my case to resolve the issue without extra cost. Remediation: Before and after the “sanding” phase, Nick & Tony “electrostatically” applied a moldicide that is 100% safe for people and pets. This kills the surface mold and prevents it from casting spores. During the “sanding” phase, Nick & Tony used a state-of-the-art Dry Ice Blaster to “sand” the attic. This process removes the roots of the mold and prevents it from regrowing. Finally, they sealed the wood to prevent new mold spores from being able to attach to the wood. Cleanup: After the remediation was completed, Nick & Tony carefully removed all the equipment and protection. They also cleaned an moldicided the areas in the living space thoroughly to remove any potential mold spores that came through the attic openings. Mark F. Services: Mould removal, Mould inspection
