The Thomas Woldendorp who is the owner, I was his customer I have given him 5 projects . Im speechless about this guy, I worked with many Enginner s, surfers, Architects, never see any one like him. I had one project just need go back to do some leftover work, he promised me do it in two weeks, but he is never done it. I called him almost every week in the last three months, each time he told me I will finish it in that week. I do not understand how he can stay in the business?? Its hard to hire other survey company finish his leftover.

I spoke with Thomas, the owner, about a small project I needed help on. He said it would be no problem. After I sent all the required documentation over to him, I didn't hear from him for several weeks. I finally got ahold of him on the phone and he told me he was working on my project right then and should have it back to me within a few days. Several weeks later and I haven't been able to get ahold of him. I had to hire another company to complete my project. All together he's wasted over a month of my time and has been extremely unresponsive. I have a small job and if he didn't want to do it that would be fine, but he said he would and then has been unresponsive. Very disappointing.

One of the worst services I have used. Had a contract to complete land survey and topo in 10 days, has been almost 3 months still haven't received anything the only thing I received is fake promises, next week oh next week, i promise. costing me 5 times more in lost time and have to start all over with someone else and will not refund me my retainer fee.

08/24: I'm not sure that do they select customers? I have contacted them long time ago and did not get any response so I was trying to find other surveyors. And then my friend told me they got reply from this surveyor and got a quote for me too. I was able to sign the digital version of proposal but since then no response again. I have tried to email them, calling them, leaving messages, but they never reply!!! They can at least tell me if they cannot do it anymore, it's totally wasting of my time. Worst service in the states I have experienced!
08/25: Okay after I showed my dissatisfaction, they contacted me this morning and said they would be here this Thursday to conduct the survey and I would get the result this Friday. Move to 2-star and will keep update here.
