WIN Home Inspection

I found Erik very easy to work with and excellent at explaining the issues he found with the house. I found his inspection report thorough and very well laid out. The way the report was structured will make it easy to address the issues in order of importance. He was great at explaining what needs to be addressed immediately and what can wait to a later date.
