I felt unheard and frankly neglected when I hired belred for a simple job of replacing light switches and putting in a car charger. The technicians were nice, knowledgeable, and communicative, but I could not reliably get them to finish work. I dont think thats the technicians fault its their management? I had to call in three times to ask them to come back to finish the job they started (techs said theyd come back the next daythey didnt), and even when I finally got a confirmed date to finish they didnt show again (even though I had emails and texts confirming they were on their way). Very bizarre experience for a pricey and otherwise very well presented business

Excellent and friendly staff in the office and the technicians are dependable, on time and do quality work.

Bel-Red - Installed a heat system that failed after 3 weeks. We called to get it fixed. We called, a repairman came, and after arriving and seeing the failed system stated he was not licensed and said he could not do the repair. He left without repairing the job. That was on Saturday. I have been calling all day Monday, no success, and just now got a word from their answering service saying that they are on a retreat all week! And they can't be reached. Incredible!! I have a failed heat system, and it is 3 weeks old, full warranty on parts and repairs, and have no heat in the dead of winter, and they are all on a retreat?? Snow skiing or whatever they might be doing, or perhaps enjoying a retreat in Hawaii while we suffer in the cold?? I would never hire this company!! Be warned, they don't follow through on their guarantee to warrant their work. I would never recommend them, and hope you take this advice.
