        They told me they are accepting new people but then said I cant be seen without a referral from one of their doctors but I need to see one of their doctors to get a referral how does that make any sense?? And on top of that they hung up on me before I could say anything else

        Horrible. This is my only negative experience with mental health services out of 5 providers. My first appointment was given away to someone who was not the scheduled patient on record right in front of me after - they- made a scheduling error. Unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. Find somewhere more consistent and save yourself the hassle. It does not get better after the second or third time.
