Dove Medical Clinic

Good doctor, but his reception practices are the worst I've encountered in any company I've ever dealt with. My pharmacy (Fred Meyer) has tried numerous times to contact them and I have never once been able to contact them by phone or message despite numerous attempts over several months.

I am a 51-year-old woman who was raised in a cult, got a late diagnosis of sever ADHD, and I am a Gemini. I have a few issues and I would probably not be alive today if it wasnt for Dove Medical. I cant thank them enough for everything they have done for me. I strongly recommend them!

Didnt check with my insurance until 9 months in and then came back and said my insurance didnt cover it. 9 months Later! I returned the machines and they said I didnt. Now I owe $1000 of dollars because they messed up. I would never recommend this place.

I drove out of my way to this office because they closed their Tacoma location. The first time I showed up to pick up my sleep study, they said they didn't have any on hand. So I had been on the road for over an hour for a 5-minute appointment and no equipment. I was also extremely uncomfortable in their office due to aggressive religious and pro-war propaganda, but I need this sleep study and wanted to get it over with. They said they would call me back, but didn't, so eventually I called them, and I got the equipment. There were no printed instructions, and also the device didn't work - there was a kink in one of the tubes. At this point I gave up on working with them because I didn't want to drive out there two more times, so I returned their equipment and went to Multicare Sleep Specialist in Tacoma instead, which was so much more professional and efficient (the whole process was done in 4 days). Multicare also has a more modern sleep test that was much easier to wear and worked flawlessly. Regarding their religious propaganda: What about people with other religions/beliefs, or want a medical clinic to be religion-free? I was so uncomfortable here, and will never go back.
