The experience was awful my lawn is now dying. I haven't been able to talk to any manager, everyone keeps redirecting me to someone else. We paid a lot of money for them to kill my beautiful grass. It is not moss that is black but the grass dying.

Worst company ever! Customer service is a joke. Have been going in circles with them for 4 weeks now trying to get our lawn treatment. They lie, they dont show up, say someone will call to correct the issue and no one calls. Customer service puts you on hold for 30-40min then says they can only put in a service request. Such a waste of my time and still not service.

Absolutely horrible company with no quality and even worse customer service. First they didnt do what I wanted, then when I called to cancel service they said they will send a person out in a specific day. Well nobody came so I had to call again and their customer service had no idea what I was talking about. They ended up sending a worker the next day to airate and seed my yardwell they missed MASSIVE patches. So that was the last straw because quality is just horrible so I tried to cancel but the lady refused to let me cancel. After the 7th time I dont want more subpar work done she finally said she would refund all my money. Days later another guy tried to get me to keep service again, very annoying, and then said theyd only give me 950 dollars back of the 1580 that I paid even though they were only here twice and did a horrible job. Now Im reporting fraud charges on my credit card stay far away from the puyallup branch. Their GENERAL MANAGER will screw you over and will not make his employees give you quality service. He said as long as they show up you will be charged full amount and WILL NOT refund. Just a horrible company.
