Cascade Fire Solutions

We've been looking for something to fit in and work in our 110 year old, originally coal burning, fireplace, a company that we thought could install it correctly, and a price that was affordable. After searching for over 10 years, and basically giving up, we were referred to Cascade by a contractor friend. The service from day one has been great, they kept their commitments and communicated well. Cody and Mike were obviously knowledgeable and explained well what they were doing and why. They were careful to keep our living room clean and when they left one would never have known they were installing for two days. It is so incredible to have an authentic-looking, beautiful, gas fireplace at last.

The Cascade Fire Solutions team did an excellent job repairing and cleaning our gas fireplace. I reached out and was assisted by Ashly, she was friendly and was able to get us an appointment quickly. The technicians that came out were knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Nathan and his crew came and installed two new fireplaces at my house on Lake Tapps. They cleaned their work area each day and completed the job in a few days as they quoted. They ran new gas lines to both units as I had old wood burning stoves that were outdated.

I needed the fireplace inspected and maintenance completed since history unknown. I tried these guys on blind faith and whatever reviews I could find. Amazing! Definitely call this place. I am finicky and will praise or slam you in a heartbeat. They changed my appointment time a few hours. Hmmmmm. Eyebrow raised. The technician sent out was named Nigel and arrived promptly. What an absolute delight! Extremely professional, knowledgeable, articulate, patient, respectful, kind, great smile. He was gracious in his explanations as he worked, listened to my concerns, explained as he corrected the issues (all were minimal adjustments), and left no blueprint that he was ever here. My fireplace has new rocks to look like embers, cleaned out inside (he even cleaned the glass!), adjusted the fan motor, and just left a perfectly operating fireplace for me to use on this cold night. Thank you Nigel for being awesome and thank you Cascade Fire Solutions for sending this young man over. Definitely an asset to your company and deserves a raise!

I am a general contractor who hired Cascade Fire Solutions to install a fireplace in a high end home over a year ago. They sold us a Napoleon fireplace insert and we had issues with the fan system that it was supposed to be equipped with. We were assured that they would make it right and correct the problems with the unit/ incorrect wiring and over 1 year later the fireplace is still not working nor have they made the time to take action to correct it. They sent a technician over multiple times along side an electrician that I WAS SUPPLYING but after around 5 cigarettes or so the technician simply left with no resolution or clear response as to the correct installation instructions for my electrician. After their last visit (over a month ago) in which they scratched the paint/ drywall and left the fire place completely torn apart and in pieces all over my living room floor they are still yet to return or provide me with any updates from the manufacturer as to troubleshooting the product they installed or even cleanup for that matter. They are truly hacks to say the least and wouldnt recommend them to change a lightbulb in anyones home I know. If you are thinking about hiring Cascade Fire Solutions keep browsing because I would love to have the $15,000 they took from me back to give to literally anyone else.
