Avoid Homebridge and Ray Wallace at all cost. They did three hard inquiries each a month apart. This was after Ray said 1 hard inquiry was good for 3 months. When we had meetings with Ray and our realtor, Ray couldnâ€™t even give us the courtesy of focusing on the meeting instead of his phone. He also lost multiple documents including ones with my SSN on it, and payoff letter. He was rude and condescending.
