Myself and a friend decided to come to this place and although we were seated swiftly, we waited an hour at our table with absolutely no service. No water, no orders taken. Nothing, we left. I'm sure this isn't the norm, but i am never coming here again.

On valentine's day they were amazing me and boyfriend were impressed his steak was perfect although my chicken parmesan, the chicken was dry and so difficult to cut and very under seasoned the good part was the pasta. The 2nd time we went we were highly disappointed. His steak was horribly cooked ordered medium raw ot was raw in some places medium raw in others and completely well done in other places and so underseasoned, my chicken parm was also underseasoned and dry again but i could actually cut into it and eat it this time got a little better when i added salt but the pasta which there was a ton of had so mucb parmesan and whatever else that i couldnt even eat it without getting sick. It can be good there but also dont expect a lot from there.

Go ANYWHERE else before you consider the fireside grill. I went here for a date and I can honestly say everything that came to the table had come out of a pre-made jar or the freezer. The pasta was over cooked and the sauce was out of a jar and flavorless. The vegetable were clearly from a can. My girlfriend ordered a 25 dollar steak and they brought out a dried puck of a sirloin that had clearly been under the heat lamp for several hours

Very poor, expensive and nobody cared about the customer experience, New WSU student took family for Sunday lunch. 4 of us, no alcoholic drinks, one appetizer and 4 entrees was close to $90 with tip (which in retrospect, probably should not have left a tip). Waitress was no help..said she was a vegan so couldn't help us in deciding or provide a recommendation from the menu--interesting, while being a vegan is great, doesn't do much for the paying customer, right? Food quality was surprisingly poor...fish tacos were thrown together with uneven portions and unremarkable flavor. Chicken dish with Cougar Gold Mac&Cheese was almost inedible...severely under cooked pasta and clumpy melted cheese...what a waste of good quality ingredients! Parents and family stay away from this experience and spend your hard earned dining $$ elsewhere. I would have voiced a complaint to restaurant management, but alas, no one was available. Pullman deserves better!

Was Sat at a dirty table served warm water waited almost an hour for fish and chips that was over cooked. Not to mention it came with a two bite, serious, two bite, terrible Cole slaw. At least serve a side salad!! For ten dollars a plate don't do it.
