My husband called to have work done, and the conversation went a little like this.
Woman: Hello?
Husband: Uh.. is this G Coleman Mobile Diesel Repair?
Woman: Yes.
Husband: I'm looking to get some work done
Woman: He's out of town.
Husband: Ok, will he be back soon?
Woman: Don't know. *click*
With customer service like that, why would I bring anything in?
