I went to Sherry with a hip that was so out that I couldn't bend over or sit down. She worked her magic and within a day after my first visit, I was back on my mountain bike and able to be comfortable again. She is a miracle worker!

I have been seeing Sherry for myofascial massage for over a year. I came to her with chronic pain. Over time, Sherry has managed to work through many layers of tension in my body, to the point where my posture has significantly shifted to a more aligned position. Sherry is professional, knowledgeable, and has smart hands. She uncovers areas of tension in the fascia and skillfully unwinds them. It has been life changing to work with her. I can't wait to see what another year working with her brings. I was initially hesitant to see Sherry because of the pricing - but again and again people - including another massage therapist I was working with - recommended her. It is one of the best investments that I ever made.

Let me start off by stating I work a very physical job as a paramedic and have a lot of muscle tension... on top of that I lift weights consistently. That being said, this was one of the best experiences I have ever had and I have had A LOT of massage therapy in my day! Sherry was able to get deep where I needed it and was able to know whenI needed less pressure. And also knew thatI wasn't in the mood to chitchat the whole time. I walked out of there feeling like a new person. The location is very cute and quaint and I got to do a bit of book shopping at some local bookstores after! I can't recommend Sherry enough! This will go down as one of my best massages up to this day!
