This place is a breath of fresh air! Our Insurance changed this last year and I've struggled finding a Dentist that took our Insurance. The Manager, Olivia, genuinely cares about our communities kids and said that they make the effort to take all Dental Insurances in the area. I am so grateful for this alone!!! They were unable to receive my son's dental records before and went above and beyond to get the information they needed to see him that day.. I've never received this kind of service from a Dental Clinic before.

The dentist at this clinic is very great and very gentle to my kids in need of dental work, especially this dentist is very patient-centered and willing to squeeze my kid in pain even she had a very busy schedule. Staff are also great. Go and see this dentist.

The dentist was abrasive and would not listen to my child. When she said she was still feeling pain refused to give her any other numbing medicine even though the technician working with the dentist made the comment that it was obvious she was in pain by the way, she was gripping the side of the chair, the dentist said she doesnt feel nothing because there are no nerves in there and treated her as if she was seeking drugs rather than as a teenage girl who was scared, and in a lot of pain . When we left the office I thought my child was tearful because she was still in a lot of pain but by the time we got home, she was crying and it had nothing to do with the pain. She was still numb, it was about how she was treated by the dentist. They used to actually be concerned about causing trauma in children when they have to see the dentist this particular dentist was obviously not in anyway concerned about that. I am appalled and very disappointed in how this dentist treated my child. She should be more compassionate and kind when dealing with children especially. The ONLY reason we would return to this dentist is because she is the ONLY option where we live. The 2 stars I gave are because the rest of the staff at this office is exemplary and I appreciate the way they treat my family and other people I have witnessed interactions with. Maybe this dentist needs to take a vacation and a refresher course on the appropriate way to interact with children, especially children that arw already nervous and scared about having to go to the dentist in the first place

We did not have a great experience this this dental office. The staff was very friendly. However, there is a policy that you're not allowed to accompany your kids for their procedures. My 7 year old needed some fillings, requiring nitrous and likely Novocain. We've had success with this in the past at another office; I was in the room and able to verbally coax her through the process. I pushed back and asked to be in the room but was ultimately told no, that it was against policy and they would come and get me if she had any issues. I went against my gut and stayed. They came and got me not long after. They had tried to get her to wear the nitrous and she didn't want to, so they tried to move ahead with the procedure without nitrous and without informing me. They only brought me back when they were having trouble getting her to keep the bite block/suction device in her mouth. In my opinion it's poor judgement to allow a 7 year old to make medical decisions for herself. My 7 year old now has dental anxiety that she didn't previously have and had we stayed I believe it would have been even worse. Be aware-they will not allow parents back to be present while your child has a procedure done. We will be using a different office.
