Kingdom Cleaning

I hired this company in April 2021 to deep clean my home and was SEVERELY disappointed. Job was totally incomplete. Sinks were not cleaned, vacuuming was incomplete (very obvious stairs had not been done nor behind the couches), dusted around objects instead of moving them, visible cobwebs left in multiple places. Kitchen cabinets not wiped down (had visible spills, dust, etc.) They even forgot some of their cleaning products here. Very obvious they were not paying attention to detail whatsoever. Took two people four and a half hours to do a minimal and incomplete clean. I left a $40 cash tip before the cleaning and a $20 gratuity was still auto added to my invoice! Service: Deep clean

Jennifer is clear and courteous in her communication and both she and her staff leave the place sparkling clean. Her services have been a life saver for us!

After a misunderstanding about the appointment time, two women came, I showed them around and then left. Sarah told me that since I had decluttered so we'll, it would take only one hour to finish. I left the place to them and came back to a very clean house. The only things not done were emptying the trash in every room and cleaning the soap dishes and ashtrays. I'm pleased with the results and welcome them back. I'll mention the trash issue and I'm sure next time will be perfect.
