I'm giving them five stars because the person who came out to do the bid showed up an hour early and even gave me a call that he was coming out early. The project I wanted them to do was too expensive for me compared to other bids that I have received from other local businesses.

Removed a dead/broken branch from a tree. They didn’t take payment at the time of service. Sent us an invoice. I called to pay the invoice and the woman said it would be a 4% fee. A fee to pay the bill. Very disappointed in such a policy. This is the only company to respond in any way to our concern about the safety issue presented by the branch. Just be aware of the 4% fee they want to charge you if you try to pay over the phone. Service: Tree trimming and pruning

Your crew completed the first professional pruning of our 70 foot sycamore in our front yard with good results. The arborist made excellent selections of pruning to reduce the overhang over our driveway, our house, the street and our neighbor's yard. The staff cleaned up well after shoving large branches into the chipper. We have lived in this house for 35 years and the tree was 6 years old when we moved in. Neighbors complimented the appearance. They did a wonderful job. My 75' Sycamore looks so much better. Took them 6 hours. They trimmed, pruned and I'm totally pleased. Very fair price. Top of the line equipment. Nice employees. Will definitely use them again.
