Came to this store to start new service with T-Mobile. And let me start off by saying Maritsa did a FANTASTIC JOB at explaining their promotions! The minute she explained all these cool offers we immediately switched over from Verizon. We did not even think about it twice we went all for it. She was very professional, helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable. We had a great experience with her she answered all our questions we will definitely be back!

This branch of T-Mobile is being poorly managed. The assistant manager or lead sold us products that we later discovered absolutely didnt fit our needs and misinformed us of the important information about what he was selling us on. We have know had to go to other branches to get some clarification of what products are actually helpful to our needs and being seen as real people rather than another sale.

I went in to Pasco T-Mobile I wanted to get a Screen protector & this one Big Heavy Set Lady I think her name is Elizabeth. She was so Disrespectful & had no Common Sense with her Inventory , she was so Dry and DID NOT seem interested in helping out at all! She smelt offensive and the amount of oil dripping off of her hair was an absolute tragedy there was literally enough oil to lubricate my cars engine only I would would fear that it would leave me stranded if I were to use it. As a current beauty school attendant I feel appalled that she would walk out of the house after looking in the mirror and allowing herself to represent a company like that. I almost felt obligated to give her my contact information to have her make an appointment with me to help with the health of her scalp Im genuinely concerned.

T mobile markets deals to switch companies and save money. Offers rebates and incentives. But once you switch good luck getting the things you were promised. I have been fighting with them for over 6 months to get the phones I kept from my old carrier paid off like they committed to. They finally paid off 1 phone and part of the second. But in that 6 months I have spent countless hours on hold for sometimes over an hour at a time. To then talk to someone who barely speaks English and has no ability to fix the problem and pay off my old carrier. I have been given the complete run around, and in the meantime thinking they were taking care of the problem I recieved late fees and additional bills from the old carrier. I am completely disappointed and would not recommend t mobile to anyone. Go elsewhere with a company that is honest, appreciates your business and has decent customer service.

Liz aka Elizabeth was so helpful to us! and she gave excellent costumer service! 10/10 would come back if needing help with our phones!
