Dr Vance and staff are not responsive to questions. The office had to be contacted numerous times on three occasions by both me and the pharmacy to have medications refilled. Dr. Vance continues to prescribe a medication dosage that cannot be administered without running a week and a half short due to syringe waste. Even when confronted with the facts and math, stated that the dosage I have been on for the last 9 years with lab tests every 6 months doesn't matter after 1 lab test by his office of indetermined time point in the dosage cycle. Dr Vance again ordered a cytology lab ($169) even though he was told there was already a recent one on file from one of his cancelations. Now with a continued medication and fixed income I must find a new urologist and start at step zero.

I have seen Dr. Vance for 2 year's. The other review is inaccurate at best.

My husband was referred to Dr. Vance by a local ER after a visit for a kidney stone that just wasn't passing, causing fever and ALOT of pain. ER only gave him tramadol. No antibiotic or anything that we would have tried would have prevented what happened later. Dr Vance's office got him in the day I called, and within 2.5 hours he was in surgery. 2 weeks later, he ended up being hospitalized overnight the day before Thanksgiving, Dr Vance's nurse called the day after Thanksgiving to check up on him and change antibiotics. He currently just got out of surgery with dr Vance. The negative review is most likely someone who doesn't understand that sometimes emergencies happen and they aren't the only person on earth! Dr Vance and his team are awesome!

Two minutes into the precious seven minutes Dr. Vance attributed to me, it was obvious he had no interest in helping the patient. He barely asked me any questions about my condition. It was obvious he only wanted to prescribe medication and get me out as fast as possible. The nurses also seemed to be made to rush, and the receptionists looked like they were miserable.
