This lady and two of her recovery guys scammed a recovery off of a different company, that recovery was a family members car, they didn’t want it, so it was no big deal. As they were leaving the property however, they almost ran two children over!!! They did not even slow down, overall EXTREMELY unprofessional. Go with a different more professional, less dangerous and more respectable company for your recovery needs.

If you want to get unprofessional service & deal with rude staff come here! I would rate this place zero stars if I had the option. On March 24, 2021 my sister came to this business after having to wait three days to get her car back after making payments on her car. A few days back she was told by staff to arrive at noon but once she arrived they told her in a snarky attitude that she needed to make an appointment, which they failed to mention over the phone.
My boyfriend had left his wallet in the car and found that $120.00 was missing, when we confronted the owner if anyone had been in the car, he stated “no” but then proceeded to tell us that he “took pictures inside the car”, without getting any consent from my sister. Nobody was in the car over the course of three days but the owner.
The owner was very rude and started acting suspicious when we confronted him about the money, he rushed us out of the building stating he had somewhere to be and yelled at my sister to go get her car. I started to state that he was unprofessional and that he needed to put his mask on (even though he has a sign posted outside the door that masks are mandated!) which he started to remove when he got in my boyfriends face. (I started to record on my phone for our safety)
The quality of service was poor and new staff should definitely be considered in the future if you want better service. Having to deal with a thief who invaded your property without permission is the last thing you think about when you want to get your car back. As well as having to deal with the delay, waiting three days to a car back after the payment was already made!
