Rain Away Gutters and Construction LLC

I took time out of my schedule for an estimate and they no showed me, frustrated but I still rescheduled. Now we are a week past the date that they came to give me an estimate and I have gotten zero correspondence back after multiple phone call attempts. Flighty contractors are a big red flag for myself personally.

I scheduled two times for an estimate from this company. The first time they totally dropped the ball and didnt show. The second time I scheduled, they didnt show, and when I called them, they gave me some line about the estimator being unavailable. Listen, family emergency or something along that line...no big deal. Just give me a call and let me know...but GIVE ME A CALL. Dont just let me waist my day sitting around. I still wouldnt have been happy, but at least I could say you were professional. I just cant say that now. Update...the owner did call and apologize. Other than that, my review remains the same. Changed from 1 to 3 stars.

Rain Away installed a new roof, soffits, and gutters for us and they did a great job. The whole crew was professional, friendly, and punctual. The install was done in a reasonable and timely manner. All expectations were met and the finished product looks awesome. We would definitely hire Courtney, Esmir, and their team again.
