This company works with out of state slumlords. Their contract cost us thousands of dollars in a month and a half and they nickel and dimed us to the very end. Contract signers: be very aware of their shady business dealings. The only thing that saved our budding small business was cutting ties with this company and their contract completely, and taking another financial loss in the process. They were shocked we found another place to move into, it felt like they were using the rental shortage as their strength in taking advantage of us. They fought us for every penny they could keep all the way to the end, locked us out of our spot before the end of our paid month, and profited greatly off of our labor. Read everything carefully. Get a contractor to walk through their spots and have a lawyer look at their contract before you finalize contracts. Save yourself money and go with someone else.

Janet Simons has been a great friend and asset to me when buying my house , she answered every question I had with a great answer, this is not an easy task.
