I've been coming here for about 5 or 6 years and I've always loved the staff. They are polite, humorous, and are genuine when asking about how you are. I never have an issue when it comes to scheduling an appointment and getting seen. The doctors not only give expert care but also advising what is best for their patient. They keep a nice, clean and safe space ensuring your care is their top priority.

I’ve always had a great experience at this clinic. I don’t feel like a number. Most clinics push you through like cattle. I felt that they take the time to listen to what I had to say and addressed the issue effectively

The worst medical clinic. Poor communication between patient and doctor, conduct of medical staff displays lack of knowledge and experience in the medical occupation. Intentional aggressive behaviors and rudeness. Don’t take your family to this clinic!

Do not go to this clinic, how convenient you can schedule online and it’s in-town. What you are walking into is a poor run clinic where you’ll end up meeting with only a nurse. My experience, I asked for help with depression, anxiety, insomnia, and general “let’s figure out what’s going on.” - what I got was a great student intake (seriously felt heard and not judged), what it ended with was the registered nurse telling me they were only going to treat one of the things I went in for and that I needed to see a psychiatrist to move forward and that they would check back in4 weeks to see if I actually did it, cause “if you actually follow up then they will deal with what you need.” It’s now ended in 4 days of me asking for mental health (calling 3 times for medication) and silence. I’m reporting this clinic to WA health boards - the interaction I had with the nurse practitioner was unacceptable, if I was further along in in my mental issues I would of progressed negatively. She should not be allowed to see a patient and please do not put yourself or your family members in their care.
