        This rating is for the extremely rude staff that answers the phone. I'm a military vet who called with a referral from the VA and they were extremely rude. The first receptionist hung up on me because they didn't know what I was talking about. Then the second receptionist I talked to (PAM) proceeded to ask questions that I think only a doctor should be asking then got sarcastic with me when I asked what the address was for the office just to verify. I'll update when I actually go see the doctor if it's a better experience then what I've experienced calling them on the phone.
