If you call, there is never an answer, never. There is no method of contacting anyone except for appointments. I can't get my specific questions answered by our doctor, probably overloaded. Its impossible to call and get help. During appointments, if they don't get rescheduled, everything is great. Hopefully there is somewhere we can find that has decent service in the area.

Been trying to get my dad's prescription filled for 2 weeks now and he can't even breathe because of these people they say that he has to switch medications when the doctor sent us a letter that said he didn't and the nurse just hangs up on me it's been 2 weeks and she still hanging up on me

I gave this practice only 2 stars because they do not return calls and the scheduling is terrible. The medical staff is better than many other clinics but the lack of professionalism in the office made my experience terrible. If you can get the services elsewhere then that's what I suggest! Sadly, Confluence is just about the only show in town!
