This place is great, particularly dr. Sun, he takes the time to explain everything in detail. Any bad reviews are from parents who have no idea how pediatric dentistry works, and they should really educate themselves.

Love this place. My son is 16 and has been going here since he was little. I trust them to take my son back and for them to properly communicate with him about what they are doing and the plan going forward.

Been taking my kids here for almost 6 years, the dentist and the assistants are great but the front desk ladies are not so much. On the phone, it's fine, communication is good but when checking in, it's like they don't want to be there, like a stick up their hole. Not even a hi or anything. Been rude every single time.

my brothers and i have been coming here for awhile and theres a couple things. my brothers have told the dentist multiple times at several appointments that whatever they are doing they dont like because it hurts them and their teeth but nonetheless the didnt do anything to stop the pain nor warn them about the pain (even had fillings too tight on their teeth and were told they were fine) theres been multiple times where i felt belittled by the way i was spoken to based off basic questions i was asking. my last appointment i was told to no longer come back there, granted i am getting to the age where they stop accepting me but i have a couple years ahead still, its easier for me to continue going until i cant because i have my brothers ive had a handful of okay experiences but in general downright just not a great experience, feels unprofessional and quite honestly rude.

Three tries and we're out. It's really bizarre in there and I regularly find myself being talked down to. I get the distinct feeling that they translate socioeconomics into intelligence and then a treatment plan. At one point my child had to have an extraction and I was constantly threatened that if she so much as winced, wiggled or refused drinkable medication we would be cancelled and later IV sedated. And there is zero options to stay with your child, because I think, they think, the parents are going to flip out. Now let's get into the work. We've had two fillings the first one they insisted is what soon there after caused the whole tooth to break requiring an extraction. I've given that same line to another local reputable dentist and in his 25 years he never heard of a filling weakening a tooth. Now less than a year later the second filling loosened or something causing something to be trapped behind it and basically the tooth gained a deep problem into the pulp, requiring yet another extraction. We got all of this new info from a long time GREAT kids dentist we've seen in the past and who wiggled us in due to the pain and emergency. Even though we will end up cash paying the much more trusted private practice kids dentist I think we won't have the systemic problems that come after these inferior treatments. Therefore saving in the long term.
