Quality Landscapes

I was looking for landscaper service to tend to my yard and possibly lay new sod. I contacted the business and it was asked of me to send photos of my yard which I immediately did. It's been almost a month and I have not heard anything back. If you couldn't do the work just say notify the potential customer upfront. Ot wouldn't have hurt my feelings..

Top Quality lives up to their business name. They have been doing mt landscaping, trimming, etc for two summers now and have been very pleased. The communication from the scheduler is excellent. I highly recommend them.

I met the family that owns Top Quality a year ago when I moved to Olympia. I have been doing business with them ever since. They are honest, reliable, and their work is impeccable. They have creative ideas for landscaping projects.

Would give zero stars if I could. Quick to show up and give a bid, but then they never show up to do the work. I waited 2 weeks and didn't show up when scheduled called and was told would be here in 2 days and that never happened either. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Left messages that were never answered. Finally got ahold of scheduler just to get more excuses. If you have a landlord wanting you to get stuff done, don't count on these people because then you will just be in deeper with the landlord.

Phil, Michelle and their crew are awesome. They are clear with the plan and follow through. We don't have to go chasing after them to get work done. Well organized and professional. They do work for our business, our home, and our HOA.
