        Worst customer service EVER! I ordered a pair of 1 1/2 ct diamond studs for my boyfriend as a Christmas present. When I received them I was disappointed to say the least. The color was H but maybe, and that's a big fat maybe, one was H but the other was as yellow as someone who smoked for 80 years-horrible! The clarity was just as bad- literally a huge crack right through one of them. So we took them back and instead of offering us any options to replace them or any explanation as to why they were hideous, he was very accusatory towards us as if we did something to them. l get they are going out of business but that does not give them a right to take it out on their customers. I'm guessing their business practice of attempting to sell below grade diamonds at a high cost then advertising them on sale, mixed with their subpar service, and belittling the customers has something to do with them going out of business.... just saying. Definitely not worth your time.
