Bright Now! Dental

Worst dentist I've ever been to. This was my first time ever coming here . When I walked in, there were six people behind the counter and no one bothered to greet me. Everyone looked frazzled and grumpy and like they hated their jobs. Within the first two seconds of walking in, I already felt like a burden and like I shouldn't be there. Then, they were rude about the fact that I brought my baby with me. She was very well-behaved and just sat in her car seat playing with her toys throughout my appointment. There was no reason to be rude about it. The dentist and hygienists all seemed disorganized and scattered and like there was a lack of communication between the staff. The appointment felt very inefficient as a result. Then the dentist told me that my teeth were wearing down a lot from grinding and that I had multiple cavities. At this point I did not feel comfortable with them working on my teeth. So I changed my insurance so I could go back to my old dentist. They told me there is very little wear and tear from grinding, and there are no current cavities, just one spot to keep an eye on. So Bright Now gave me incorrect information and would have been drilling into my teeth for no reason. There would have been no reason for my other dentist to lie and say that I needed less work done, so it seems clear that Bright Now was trying to get more business out of me by telling me my teeth were in worse condition than they are. It was also difficult to get my x-ray records from Bright Now. It took multiple phone calls because they "forgot", and the whole process seemed very disorganized and unprofessional.

Very gentle and kind to an adult who is terrified of the dentist! I have a long road to get these teeth fixed, but I feel so much better! Thank you!
