Northwest Fence and Decks

We had a deck built by NoWest Fence and Decking. They were very professional and did a great job for a great price. Answered all our questions and texts and responded quickly. Showed up everyday on time and got it done on time. Great experience..the best! Will use again. We had a large deck built from redwood. Couldn't be happier.

I hired NW fence and decks to put in 210 feet of 6 ft chain link fence with one gate. When I got back to the house, one post was not anchored and a section of fence had a large bulge in the chain link. There also was no gate installed so now I can't access my backyard. He also left 3 large bags of cement in my driveway which are now boulders because of the rain. He also left his wheelbarrow (which is now mine). He also left pieces of metal and cut pipe all over my yard. 4 calls with only one response which he said he would come and at least fix the gate. No response 3 months later. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. POOR WORK QUALITY AND EVEN POORER CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I called Northwest Fence and Decks after I worked with another contractor to make steps for my front and back doors. The other company made a horrible job that made me not pass inspection and northwest fence and Decks fixed them in a very timely matter. He communicated with me the whole time to let me know what was going on. He let me know what were my options and I really appreciate his huge help to help us in such a short notice. Norwest Fence and Decks also did my fence, I don’t live in the area so it all had to be over the phone. He sent us pictures after every thing that was being done. Ricky was very professional, we chose a fence and after going in person to see it, it looks beautiful. We made last minute changes to it like adding a large gate and he was very okay with it. He is very familiar with the area and made some suggestions as to what was more convenient for us. It has been a great pleasure working with him and his prices are very competitive. Thank you Northwest Fence and Decks for all your hard work. I would definitely work with Northwest Fence and Decks again.
