Very friendly environment customer service is excellent. The technician's are responsible and respectful. They will call and communicate and give you updates on what is happening with your vehicle. Also their pricing is reasonable. What's even better is they are very thorough on making sure they takle the entire issue of what's wrong with your car. I am very pleased to say I will keep the two employees as my personal mechanic.

My family and I was on a trip from out of town and our truck wouldn't start. We checked batteries and everything checked out good, but still wouldn't start so we decided to get it towed to Captains. We thought for sure it was going to be a expensive repair like a starter. Two hours later Robert called with amazing news it was just a wiring issue that could be easily fixed. He had my family and I back in our truck the next day. He didn't take advantage of us, and our truck got us home safely with no more issues! Thank you Robert for your work we really appreciate you helping us, it's nice to know there is honest people out in this world still!!!!!!

Called at 2:30pm on a Saturday told them I needed to tow my truck in for starting issues and I had AAA tow me there by 3:30. Robert called me about 5:00 and he had me back on the road by 8:30 pm. Not many places will work past 5:00pm.
