I definitely will not be taking my children back here. Took my oldest in for severe ear pain and slight dizzines. Doctor spent less than five minutes with us, did a quick peep and stated there was nothing wrong and left quickly and told us we were free to go. Couple days later and were in the ER. My daughter has a severe ear infection in not one but both ears and it caused dizziness the point she could not stand on her own, let alone sit up, and was throwing up and cannot hear out of her ears had we waited any longer this could have been so much worse. Had he taken the time to thoroughly inspect my daughter I feel this whole ordeal could have been avoided. Our family feels our concerns were not taken seriously and felt this doctor wanted to get out of there for the day with how little he paid attention. We will be driving off island from now on for any urgent care needs and I recommend Others do the same.

I cant not say enough great things about my entire experience at Whidbey Health Walk-In Clinic. I got horrible sick Christmas Eve with what I felt like was the Flu. I needed to be seen fast because my PCM did not have availability. From check- in to being called back and seen, I felt like my nurses and PA Grace listened to my concerns, and made it their priority to get me feeling better. I was in and out in less than 2 hours with meds ready to go. If I ever have urgent health care needs in the future, I will be back knowing that I will receive great care and service all around. Thank you Whidbey Health!
