I like Dr Demmler and think I get good care...IF I CAN GET THROUGH THE PHONE SYSTEM! I hate it and it will eventually force me to go to another provider. The phone system and lack of call back will make you nuts! Frustrated. Though my wife and I have been clients for 26 years plus they will not give my wife a doctor as her primary healthcare person-"The doctors are not taking new patients". Well, her doctor and mine, Dr. Langrock left to go to emergency care. 26 years and my wife is a new patient? Come on now.

I moved away for a while and attempted to transfer back as a patient. After a long wait on hold, I found the front desk staff to be shockingly rude in telling me they could not take "new" patients. No empathy and no consideration to provide me with assistance. Acted as if I was out of line for calling and wasting their time. Shameful way to treat anyone let alone a patients who faithfully supported this practice in the past.

I recently had to switch from PA Young to Dr. Demmler. I have multiple times tried to get my reflux medicine refilled as well as my pharmacy by him and for whatever reason, he has not done it. It has been going on 2 weeks. They keep saying they have me as urgent. I told them, I was out of my med. It is not like I am asking for Morphine. Totally unacceptable service. He could care less about me. I have never by a doctor felt so undervalued. He should not be a doctor if he has zero compassion and Whidbey choice and the rest of there problems now, I have no words. I have been seeing them for 35 years and there has been some good doctors. Too bad they all left and now I know why. Something is not right their. Fair warning.
