July 2019: Used Old Republic to finance home
late- May 2021: Started paperwork to refinance
early-June 2021: Was told paperwork was
received and sent to underwriting
late-June 2021: sent email requesting status of
loan
Today, July 20: It has been nearly 50 days since
my loan was allegedly sent to
underwriting and nearly 30 days
since I emailed requesting the
status
I've communicated with this company via phone, text, and e-mail in the past and successfully acquired a loan through them a couple of years ago (which is why I have them 2 stars instead off one). There are absolutely ZERO reasons why they couldn't contact me.
This company totally ghosted me and I just wanted to share that experience.

Robin and the girls went above and beyond to help us out with buying our first house. They were the FOURTH lender we tried and were the only ones that did everything required. They kept us updated 100% of the time and answered every question we had. Was pleasant to work with.

100% the best mortgage company out there! A true pleasure to work with and amazing staff! Robin is absolutely amazing and without her I never would have gotten my house! These folks will work their butts off for you.
