    Paid for electric and fiber new install in April. While the electrical install was relatively quick, getting fiber installed has been impossible. Was told that there is only one guy performing installs and that (in April) I was at the bottom of the list. Month after month has passed and the only response I get is that they'll "let him know I asked" about my install. It has been 6 months and I cannot even get a ballpark answer on an install date for the fiber I paid for, which was no small sum.

    i am new to this company and all I have to say is, i don't think they know what they are doing. They can not tell me how many amps go to my property. Its not documented and they will not send a line man out to tell me what i have. I have to higher an electrician to tell me. I also asked to get fiber ran and i asked 3 times to schedule with me so i can be there. They did not schedule and they just showed up. I asked to be there for a reason to make sure i knew where to install a GFCI outlet and how much space will be needed and all the fun stuff. I dont know how a utility company can function not knowing what there customer services are and what they are paying for. Also to communicate with there customer when they requests something.

    The only power company in the whole area that doesn't have someone to answer the phone. Make sure you have a generator if you live in this county...

    Very impressed with The Response to power outages even up at our Bead Lake cabin! Have called a couple of times this winter and have had immediate response. People actually answer the phone one Saturday! Building our Next Chapter home in Newport as well feeling confident for the future!
