I was in need of a last minute pump out for a deck project and called a few contractors. I spoke to Ken over the phone and he was extremely competent on design, service, and clearances needed. Within 15 minutes he provided my As build plan showing locations and gave me advice on how to properly update my septic system. The same day Ken took the time to stop by, pump out, dig the service ports out, and walked me through the revision work needed. He was reasonably priced for quality service, wasnt pushy to upsell anything, and he has always been reachable even off business hours. As a contractor in the trades, I appreciate experienced professionals with confidence and integrity- Ken with All County Septic exceeded my expectations.
