I received an unmarked mailing from them soliciting Information to allow them to send medical supplies To me with billing going to Medicare and Tricare without a Dr's prescription or authorization. I do not Accept Medical assistance from anyone who hides Their identity in advertising.

We are very grateful to have received such amazing advice and service at such a difficult time with my father. The wheelchair specialist and the technician visited us twice at the Hospital and twice at our house until everything was perfect. My father has a very complicated electric wheelchair that can do so much for him. He is so comfortable now and can go outside again. Thank you!

I ordered a new chair for a family member and was guaranteed delivery on a certain day. The equipment arrived 3 days late and was obviously used as it had what appeared to be food or feces under the seat cushion as well as the frame. I declined to sign for delivery and told them to bring me what I had payed for. I was told by the rude delivery driver "this is what you ordered, so this is what you get! Delivery or not we are going to charge you" I immediately cancelled the charge and purchased a new chair from a competitor that same day. Stay away from this company!!

CLOSED DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS. We arrived at 4:40pm Friday after work to rent a wheelchair, but the door was locked and all the lights were off. Their sign says open until 5pm. On top of that, their vans were parked in the closest reserve spots to the door, so my fianc had to walk further with her cane. Miller's Rent-All is just a few minutes away and is a much better option.
