Terrace Creek Dental Care: Kathryn Jagow, DDS

I started going to this office about a year ago and have had a few procedures and cleanings done. The entire staff are friendly! Kathryn is patient, professional and efficient. I feel confident in her care. I find the pricing to be very reasonable as well.

Update: No bill was ever sent but now I've been sent to collections. Your staff need training! Had to get the crown redone as well Receptionist lied to me about how much I owed after I told told them we were struggling to afford treatment. Now they are harassing me for double what I paid because she was wrong! To make matters worse my State dental provider found that they did a horrible job setting the crown and I am out even more money if they are unable to correct the error next week.

I have been a patient of Dr Jagow for 6 years now. Before we moved here I can honestly say that I was not a fan of going to the dentist and would avoid going unless absolutely necessary. I now know what it feels like to have a great experience at the dentist. I appreciate the care and extra effort everyone puts into each of my visits to make sure I understand what is going on and how we can keep my teeth healthy. I have an infant and he recently had his first visit to the dentist. Like always a very fun and smooth event. Even during a pandemic. I would definitely recommend Dr Jagow and team to anyone looking for a Dentist. Keep up the GREAT work!

We've been patients of this practice (starting with Dr. Hungar) since the '60s. Dr. Hungar chose well when handing his practice to Dr. Merchant and in turn Dr. Merchant has done well in selecting Dr. Jagow. Dr. Jagow and her staff show respect and concern for their patients from simple matters of comfort to keeping you informed to just dealing with people like people. The pressure is now on for Dr. Jagow to choose as well as her predecessors did when the time comes to move on.
