Kitty Hawk Cafe

This review deserves a higher rating, as the food is excellent. The hours of operation, however, are questionable. I have flown from Bellingham to Skagit Airport three times in a row to find them closed when their very-broken website says they are open. Its hard enough to keep airport cafes operational. To fly in, waste time, waste EXPENSIVE gas for dinner with friends and finding your destination closed is not only a nuisance, but its also embarrassing.

Excellent food right on the airport. Staff was very courteous and attentive. Menu has a very wide selection of food ranging from anything breakfast to burgers and fish. I personally had the Western Burger which was absolutely fantastic. Arriving with a mountain of a burger, consisting of bbq sauce, crispy onion rings and a toasty, square ciabatta bun. Partnered with the burger was a large portion of hand-cut fries, with a light peppering. Along with great food, there is also very fast wi-fi, with connection points both downstairs and upstairs in the bar. Overall a great experience for a decent price.
