Richard Sybrandy has proven himself to be very unprofessional and unethical. I spent over a decade working in law enforcement and dealt with many different types of attorneys. I know what constitutes a good attorney and It's my opinion that Mr Sybrandy misrepresents the judicial system using unethical practices to obtain the outcome he wants. Mr Sybrandy attempted to coerce a friend of mine out of court into signing legal court documents before she even had the opportunity to retain private counsel. He did this because he knew once she retained her own attorney he would not have the skills or opportunity to win the case. That's one of the most dishonest and unethical things any attorney can do. I worked outside the state of Washington but the laws and rules of our Nations judicial system are the same. The code of ethics among attorneys is as well. Integrity is the most important thing when searching for a person to represent "you". I would never want a person like this representing me (actually misrepresenting) me in a court of law. Integrity is everything when retaining private counsel to represent you. It could be considered a negative reflection of you when being misrepresented by another person so it's really important to research any attorney before retaining them. Hopefully my advice will help others who are searching for legal counsel to know what to look for and how it can affect the outcome of your entire case. Court rulings affect people's lives and one wrong decision made hiring the wrong representation is all it takes...

Terrible idea. Horrible attitude and not a real team player. Id look elsewhere. No integrity. Lied in court and actually harassed me outside in the parking lot. Cared more about his hair style than business at hand. Great way to ruin an afternoon.

Office lady is less than pleasant. She has a very rude demeanor. Gave me an unwelcoming glare upon my arrival to schedule a consult (purse in hand to pay) . Made sure to tell me that you dont just stop by law offices to schedule a consult, theres a consultation fee to which i responded is that why you gave me a look when i walked in? .. Maybe add by appointment only on your door or website also said im going to stop you here anyways, sounds like too big of a case with it involving a no contact order didnt even get to explain the details of the case. I guess i was an inconvenience
I wouldnt recommend. Sounds like an unhappy paralegal and a lazy attorney who just wants quick easy ca$es. Wouldnt know about him though, we werent given the opportunity. Dog hair covering the floor.

Absolutely the best personal attorney I've ever dealt with he did wonders with family law and my bankruptcy. I will definitely be using him in the future.
