Dobbs Peterbilt - Moses Lake

My sales rep John Simon is amazing, anytime we need anything for our tow trucks he is always on it. If it's not in stock or its a part I'm unsure of he always manages to find it! Wish every sales representative was like him. He always goes the extra mile and we are glad to have him as our rep!!

Needed a Hard to find Air hose for the def filter, as mine ripped open.they had it but couldn't get me in right away to put it on.Bill Weston,service manager lent me some tools so i could work on it to get rolling.....it took me i few hrs.but got it done. Thanks to everyone.....i will be back.

Excellent service. They understood live animals were on board and got us fixed up and back on the road in no time. We appreciate their understanding and effort. Keep up the good work guys!

Service manager went above and beyond. While my company was preparing to have me towed because truck was 100% derated he brought a tech to me and they got it so I could drive the 1/4 mile to dealership. Also he took time out of his lunch hour to run me to hotel when Uber was unavailable. Work on truck was completed much faster than anticipated. Everybody was super friendly.

This place can never answer the phone...don't bother calling! If you absolutely need something just go to the store. You'll be lucky if they have what you need but you can always order it for $90 in freight. Its been the same for over 5 years! Every time I go in there's new people and nobody knows anything or acts like they care. Don't try to get anything fixed in the shop either all I have ever had is horrible experiences at this place. I believe in second and third chances, But I think the Dobbs stores may be the worst dealerships in the state of Washington. But if youre in the the Moses Lake area try out the new parts place A Plus Truck. The owner was extremely helpful and even opened the store after hours to sell me a $30 part and get me on the road. The guys on the counter at peterbilt don't know anything and are rude. Especially the guy on the end of the counter. This dealership has lost all my business going forward.
